HOW DOES GUARANTEED RENT WORK?

After you submit the guaranteed rent inquiry form, we’ll review your property, provide a quick estimate, and arrange a viewing. Our goal is always to offer market rent or higher.
AGREEMENT /
VIEWING
Within 24 hours of viewing your property, we’ll send a formal offer outlining terms, contract length (typically 3–5 years), planned work, and rent payments. We remain flexible and open to landlord or agent suggestions.
THE TENANCY
STARTS
Once the agreement is confirmed, we handle all upkeep, pay the first rental installment, and make any necessary upgrades. The property will then be used for high-quality serviced accommodation, and we invite landlords to see it once fully set up.
ANNUAL
REVIEW
